WHAT IS IT?

The technology consists of a line of air quality, precipitation, and noise sensors that enable everyone – from drivers to traffic managers – to better understand their immediate surroundings.

MEASURES

  • Weather parameters relevant to monitoring, estimating, and forecasting air quality, including air pressure, temperature, humidity, and rain.
  • Gaseous pollutants like NO2, 03, VOC, CO, CO2, SO2, H2S, and NH3.
  • Particulate matter density (PM 1/2.5/10) and surrounding noise.

DATA GRABBING

The data is available locally via Ethernet or can be sent wirelessly to a web-hosted database. It enables traffic and transport managers to see real time exposure and data comparison.

This grants a better understanding of the environment, its patterns, and the hazards it might pose to drivers. The dual GRPS and 4G LTE connection ensures increased data reliability and guarantees a reliable analysis of any situation.

PERFORMANCE

The performance of QSense-Air technology is based on advanced algorithms that facilitate ppb (or parts per million) measurements. The devices use an electromagnetic sensor to measure CO, and semiconductors, optics, and analog sensors to measure the rest of the pertinent matter. 

These algorithms compensate for the impact of ambient weather conditions and age on the sensor elements, removing the need for costly gas sampling and maintenance equipment.
