WHAT IS HYDROGEN CHARGING?

Steelhead Composites®

D2 Traffic Technologies offers electric vehicle owners a revolutionary method of powering their engine. Our self-contained charging stations consist of top-of-the-line fuel cells, but unlike a standard combustion system, the cell pulls hydrogen from our specialized Steelhead Composites® tanks and mixes it with oxygen – completely burn-free.

The chemical fusion that occurs creates water and releases electricity. This electricity is then used to power your car’s electric engine. Our charging stations provide efficiency, accessibility, and consistency, so your trip is never interrupted.

THE HYDROGENCUBE™

Through Steelhead Composites® and their customizable, adaptable HydrogenCube™ gas storage system, we can link together multiple composite-overwrapped pressure vessels (COPVs) into units that are easy to swap and portable.

Intuitively designed, rigorously tested, and expertly manufactured, these systems offer fueling, remote replenishment, and sustainable hydrogen storage.

MOBILE STORAGE SYSTEMS

HydrogenCube™ Lightweight Mobile Storage Systems consist of a line of compact, adaptable hydrogen storage and transport solutions designed to lay perfectly on flat-bed trucks, sprinter vans, and even pick-up trucks.

These mobile-friendly units feature a quick-connect filling and discharging receptacle, increasing user friendliness and comfort. HydrogenCube Lightweight Mobile Storage Systems can be swapped out for complete units at any time.

GAS CONTAINERS

These hydrogen storage solutions are mounted to a high-strength steel framework and feature mobile readiness and digital compatibility. Additionally, it ensures ease-of-use by consumers due to its quick-connect filling and discharging receptacle.

To ensure safe and reliable operation, vessels are linked to the pressure line using isolation valves, pressure regulators, and thermal-relief tech. Moreover, the frame of the unit is highly resistant to corrosive materials and processes, making it suitable for most environments.
